The safety of our guests and team members throughout Canada, UK & the US is our top priority at Palm Holdings.
We continue to monitor the Coronavirus situation closely and focus on the well-being of our guests and team members. We are watching all updates from local and international health authorities and taking all precautions. We encourage our guests to do the same.
Our restaurant is open every morning from 6am to 10am for breakfast. The lounge is open from 3pm to 11pm daily.
We have communicated with all of our teams and reminded them of the importance of washing hands more frequently and have provided sanitizers. The teams have also been trained to watch for symptoms and report to the General Manager immediately.

Cleaning Products and Protocols: Our hotels use cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses, including:
Guest Rooms: Hotels use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Due to the current nationwide shortage of help and in an effort to keep our guests and our employees safe, Housekeeping will service your room on the third day of your stay on a request basis. Please feel free to contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities, we will be happy to deliver them to your room.
Public Spaces: Hotels have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys. There are marked indicators for lines and a mask policy for all guests.
Back of House: In the spaces where associates work “behind the scenes,” hotels are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms and staff offices.
Posters with the necessary information are placed at workstations as a reminder to stay aware and report. Our staff are following social distancing protocols and our hotels are maintaining limited occupancy.
Our group of hotels in Canada, UK & the US have not had any reported cases to date. We are committed to maintaining a healthy environment for guests and team members.
